Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalised products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
